About DXFactor
DXFactor isn’t building dashboards or generic chatbots. We’re deploying micro-AI Agents through our DX AI MAP platform — a modular system delivering real business outcomes for the fitness and wellness industry:
Increased revenue
Higher member retention
Streamlined operations
With clients like Crunch, Chuze, ABC Fitness, and Fitness SF, we’re leading the category. Our AI Agents such as Click2Save, Member Concierge, and Coach2Engage solve specific pain points fast, integrate with major CRMs and MRMs (ABC, Mindbody, DAXKO, Zenoti), and start showing ROI in weeks, not months.
We’re scaling rapidly and looking for a Sales Executive who can build pipelines, own territory, and drive growth.
What We’re Looking For
We’re hiring a full-stack AE with:
2–5 years B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in AI, fittech, or vertical SaaS
Fitness tech experience or a strong grasp of the fitness/wellness landscape
Track record of quota-crushing performance and high outbound activity
Ability to prospect, run demos, write proposals, and close multi-stakeholder deals
Strong CRM discipline, time management, and deal hygiene
Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, outcome-driven startup
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
US-based and able to travel 3–4 times per quarter
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a full-cycle AE role with high visibility and territory ownership. You will:
Own the sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution
Source your own leads using Apollo, 11X.ai, RB2B, LinkedIn, and warm referrals
Run high-quality discovery and demo calls, focused on ROI and business impact
Develop and present proposals tailored to the client’s operational challenges
Work cross-functionally to navigate legal, procurement, and IT review processes
Maintain perfect CRM hygiene in Zoho: log activity, move deals, update forecasts
Travel to industry events and key client meetings 3–4 times per quarter
Must-Have AE Skills
Perform all the duties of a BDR (sourcing, cold outreach, cadence building)
Use CRM (Zoho or similar) to create, track, and manage opportunities
Run discovery calls that qualify and uncover true needs
Lead product demos and scoping conversations
Prepare and deliver proposals and contracts
Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles and close with confidence
Manage time, territory, and handoffs effectively
