The Director of Digital Transformation will serve as a visionary leader driving operational efficiency and modernization across the organization. Your Next Challenge:- Evaluate & Optimize: Conduct in-depth assessments of current processes and technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness through innovative tools and streamlined approaches

- Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Partner with senior leadership and diverse teams to modernize operations, boost efficiency, and align transformation efforts with strategic business goals

What You'll Need:- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in technology-driven business transformation, tech-enabled process improvement, or digital strategy roles in complex, multinational organizations
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) is required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred.
- Digital Transformation & Process Optimization: Demonstrated success leading transformation initiatives and process improvement projects using lean principles. Proven expertise in leveraging technology, including automation and AI, into business operations.
- Technical Acumen: Deep proficiency in emerging AI trends (e.g., agentic automation), digital tools, data analytics, and modern IT systems, with experience developing KPIs, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI metrics for technology initiatives.
- Project & Change Management: A track record of managing complex projects from inception to delivery. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus but not required.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong ability to mentor diverse teams, facilitate change, build trust, and foster collaboration across departments, breaking down silos with a partnership mindset
- Communication & Strategic Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, build consensus, and drive decisions

The starting salary range for this position at the time of posting is USD $170,000 to USD $200,000 per annum. Getty Images has different ranges in different locations within the US, and this range represents the starting base pay range. Actual compensation will depend on factors including but not limited to: qualifications, geographic location, skills, experience, certification, business needs, performance, and level of responsibility along with the requirements of the position.
