Our team builds high-converting websites, automates entire lead funnels, and integrates smart digital strategies across platforms. We’ve worked with healthcare organizations, home service companies, restaurants, financial service firms, legal practices, and more.
We’re expanding rapidly—and we’re looking for serious closers who can join our sales team and help introduce our digital and AI solutions to business owners across the U.S.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:
- Minimum of 4 Hours of Talk Time Per Day
- Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 6 PM
- Optional weekends
THE ROLE
If you're a high-performing sales professional who thrives on meaningful conversations, closing impactful deals, and helping businesses level up through technology—this is for you.
Your role is to enroll qualified small business owners into our service offerings during scheduled strategy calls. These business owners are already interested and need direction—you'll help guide that conversation and close with confidence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be responsible for prospecting, enrolling, and nurturing new clients into the training program.
- Educate business owners on how our AI-powered digital services can solve real problems (lead generation, automation, time and cost savings, growth strategy)
- Maintain and track pipeline performance using our internal systems
- Attend weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions
- Stay sharp and up-to-date on our offerings, case studies, and sales materials
- Help uphold a standard of integrity—we only close when we know we can truly help
RESULTS EXPECTED
- Minimum 20% live call close rate
- Consistent monthly deal flow (project and retainer sales)
- Pipeline follow-up and communication accountability
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in phone or Zoom-based closing, ideally with service-based or high-ticket offers
- Self-starter with a competitive edge—you own your outcomes
- Clear communicator who can lead a call with confidence and control
- Integrity-driven—you care about helping clients, not just making a sale
- Coachable and growth-oriented—you learn, adapt, and refine
- Comfortable using basic CRM or sales tracking systems
- Strong time management and follow-up discipline
- Willingness to attend weekly team calls and participate in a collaborative sales culture

COMPENSATION
- 20% commission on all deals (one-time and recurring)
- Top closers are making $100k–$200k+ per year
- Weekly support, ongoing training, and performance-based incentives
