Job Description:
We are a fast-growing AI agency called Nua, building custom AI agents and intelligent automation solutions tailored to the needs of modern businesses. From customer support automation to lead generation and internal task optimization, our mission is to create smart, scalable systems that solve real-world problems.
We’re currently looking for a driven Sales Partner who’s passionate about tech, confident in conversations with business owners, and motivated to grow alongside a high-potential AI company.
What You’ll Do:
Reach out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
Lead discovery calls to understand client needs and present our AI-powered solutions
Close deals and help businesses automate processes with Nua’s services
Guide new clients through a smooth onboarding process
Collaborate with our tech team to align proposals with deliverables
Contribute ideas to improve our outreach and sales strategy as we scale
Partnership Terms:
Revenue share model:
10% of total project value for closed deals
Up to 20% if you also handle outreach and onboarding
No cap on earnings — the more clients you bring in, the more you earn

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
Experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition (tech/digital preferred)
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain tech solutions clearly
Confidence and initiative to lead client conversations from first contact to close
Interest in AI, automation, and helping businesses run smarter
Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow within a fast-moving startup
This is a remote, commission-based role with long-term potential.
