PowerUp Agents is a fast-moving startup helping businesses automate customer engagement and employee efficiency using AI-powered voice and chat agents.
We’re hiring a strategic, mid-level technical specialist to support AI implementation while taking full ownership of our CRM and marketing automation systems—primarily built on GoHighLevel. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of voice AI, automation, and CRM while contributing to a lean, high-performing team where your ideas actually shape the product.
In This Role, You Will:
-Support the deployment and customization of AI-powered voice and chat agents (primarily with Retell AI).
-Build and maintain API integrations between AI systems, CRMs, scheduling platforms, and client software stacks using N8N, Make, Zapier, and custom integrations.
-Own GoHighLevel CRM setup and automation—pipelines, campaigns, forms, email/SMS workflows, and trigger links.
-Design and execute automated workflows for lead follow-up, appointment setting, client onboarding, and retention.
-Run QA tests and monitor performance of both AI agents and CRM workflows to ensure reliability and consistency.
-Document key processes, integrations, and automation logic for internal team reference and scaling.
-Collaborate directly with our Voice AI Solutions Architect and company leadership to improve systems and solve high-impact problems.
What We're Looking For:
-Hands-on GoHighLevel experience—you’ve built pipelines, automations, and marketing flows.
-Solid understanding of API-based tools (Make, Zapier, N8N, etc.) and integrating CRMs with external apps.
-Experience or strong interest in conversational AI platforms like Retell AI, Closebot, or other chatbots.
-Clear thinking and problem-solving abilities—especially across complex tech workflows.
-Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to operate in a lean, fast-moving, high-ownership environment.
-Detail orientation and clean documentation habits.
