We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to assist in the digital setup of systems of multiple Ventures and provide ongoing support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online platforms, ensuring brand consistency across channels, and helping with daily administrative tasks. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Experience with digital marketing tools and brand management is preferred. 🔹 Immediate Responsibilities (Trial Project)
Secure and document social media handles for all brands across platforms
Create Gmail or workspace email accounts (and route to a central inbox)
Organize login credentials and accounts into a master Google Sheet
Set up a folder system in Google Drive for each Venture
Light branding documentation if needed (headers, bios, profile photos)
🔹 Potential to Grow Into:
Managing content calendars and branded assets
Uploading and tagging files into Notion, Google Drive, and asset tools
Supporting drops, product pages, and social media planning
Formatting slide decks, documents, and scripts
Helping manage AI agents and their file routing (no coding required – just structure)
🔹 Ideal Skills & Tools
Google Workspace (Docs, Gmail, Sheets, Drive)
Social media platforms (IG, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.)
Notion, Airtable, Trello, or similar
Bonus: Experience with Zapier, Canva, Shopify, ChatGPT, or other AI tools
