Job Title: Full-Stack Developer for AI-Powered Product POC Using Replit
Project Overview:
We’re building something exciting. Joggle is a forward-thinking AI startup, and we're looking for a talented full-stack developer to help us build a standalone proof-of-concept (POC) of our product using Replit and other AI-native coding environments.
You'll work directly with our founder and product manager to quickly prototype and test new ideas. This POC won’t be part of our core tech stack, but rather a rapid exploration of how we can use Replit to accelerate product development and unlock new capabilities.
Who We’re Looking For:
A young, ambitious, and self-starting developer who:
Thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
Is fluent in full-stack development (front-end, back-end, and basic DevOps).
Has hands-on experience using Replit, including deployment and collaboration tools.
Understands how to integrate and leverage AI coding frameworks/tools (e.g. Replit Ghostwriter, GPT-based agents, or similar).
Is comfortable building MVPs quickly, even if they’re a bit rough around the edges.
Can work independently but loves collaborating closely with a founder to iterate fast.
Key Responsibilities:
Co-create and build a working POC of one of Joggle’s product ideas inside Replit.
Build clean, modular front-end and back-end code for the POC.
Integrate AI agents, prompts, or coding tools to automate product behaviours.
Participate in daily check-ins or async reviews with the founder and PM.
Suggest improvements or pivots based on what’s working or not in real-time.
Technical Skills:
Replit (workspace setup, deployment, team collaboration).
Full-stack web dev (React, Node.js, Python or similar).
API integrations and light database management (MongoDB, Supabase, etc.).
Experience or interest in AI dev tools (e.g. GPT APIs, LangChain, AI agents).
Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and basic cloud deployment.
Nice-to-Haves:
Startup experience or a personal portfolio of side projects.
Experience with low-code/no-code tools.
Interest in AI-powered product development.
