Job Summary
We're a rapidly growing AI startup building voice-based agents that interact with users over the phone. We're looking for a curious, technically savvy, and proactive individual to take the lead in configuring, managing, and optimizing AI agents for our clients, while also collaborating with our development team to build out our proprietary AI infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Agent Setup & Management
- Configure AI agents for client-specific applications.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to understand client business needs and translate them into high-performing AI voice agent workflows.
- Test, optimize, and maintain performance of deployed agents.
2. Internal AI Infrastructure Development
- Assist senior developers in designing, developing, and maintaining our proprietary AI agent infrastructure.
- Help evaluate and integrate cutting-edge tools and APIs to improve speed, quality, and flexibility of our AI voice stack.
3. Innovation & Exploration
- Research and experiment with new AI platforms, voice technologies, and LLM tools to propose improvements or unlock new capabilities.
- Contribute ideas and prototypes for new agent-based products and use cases.
4. Team Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate closely with leadership, developers, and sales teams.
- Participate in client meetings, internal demos, and brainstorming sessions.
- Be a positive, communicative, and socially capable team member.
Preferred Technical Background
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience configuring workflows, writing prompts, and troubleshooting multi-step workflow logic.
- Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and basic backend integration logic.
- Technical writing and documentation skill
Nice-to-Have Skills:
⁃ Some programming experience (JavaScript, Python, or Node.js).
⁃ Understanding of LLM prompting.
⁃ Experience with Twilio, Whisper, Eleven Labs, or real-time speech-to-text / text-to-speech platforms.
⁃ UI/UX familiarity, especially around conversational flow.
⁃ Familiarity with at least one AI voice agent platform a plus
