I’m looking for a talented developer to help architect and build a foundational AI Agent system that will power internal automations and streamline team interactions across Microsoft Teams.
This isn’t just a one-off task—I’m laying the groundwork for a smart internal system that integrates AI, chat, and legacy systems in a way that drives long-term efficiency and scale.
What I’m Building:
A chat-based AI agent embedded within Microsoft Teams, powered by n8n. This agent will connect with:
The Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Calendar, etc.)
3rd-party tools and web services (some with APIs, some without)
A legacy ERP system that has no API access (interaction needed via RDP or similar workaround using Power Automate or UI automation)
Ideal Skill Set:
You’ll thrive in this role if you have experience with:
Building chatbots or AI agents inside Microsoft Teams
Workflow automation using n8n
Automating tasks using Microsoft Power Automate, Azure AD, and Office 365 tools
Working with legacy systems through RDP, UI automation, or screen-based interactions
Creating secure, scalable integrations with third-party tools and websites
Phase 1: Project Scope
Deploy a chat-based AI agent in Microsoft Teams using n8n
Integrate with core Microsoft tools and selected external platforms
Build a proof-of-concept that connects to our legacy ERP via RDP and performs basic operations
Create a scalable, modular framework to support additional agents and workflows in the future
