GoMode is building an AI-powered command center for goal achievement. Users set a big goal—like starting a business, launching a newsletter, or getting in shape—and GoMode breaks it down into benchmarks, tasks, and intelligent AI agents that either do the work or guide the user through it. Think Notion + Upwork + Zapier, but powered by AI and focused on helping people execute.
We're launching an iOS app backed by an Angular-based web dashboard and are looking for a UX/UI pro who can help shape the product experience from the ground up.
About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior UX/UI Consultant with a strong background in designing clean, intuitive, and interactive productivity apps for both web and mobile. You’ll be responsible for owning the user experience across platforms, building a scalable design system, and helping bring your designs to life in Angular and React Native environments. This is a foundational role—your design decisions will directly influence how users engage with GoMode in its earliest form.
What You'll Do
- Design interactive, user-first experiences for web (Angular) and mobile (React Native) in Figma
- Develop and maintain a cross-platform design system with components, patterns, and guidelines
- Collaborate closely with the product and dev teams to translate designs into working code
- Support front-end implementation in HTML/CSS, particularly for Angular-based components
- Guide the mobile UI process, working alongside our iOS dev on screens, flows, and responsiveness
- Simplify complex user flows (goal → benchmark → task → agent assignment) into clean, intuitive UX
- Evolve the product based on user feedback, internal testing, and UX best practices
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of UX/UI experience designing apps with clear, action-based user flows
- Strong portfolio with examples of productivity tools, task managers, or dashboards
- Expert in Figma—components, prototyping, auto layout, and interactive states
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and ability to collaborate in Angular environments
- Comfortable designing for and collaborating on React Native mobile apps
- Strategic thinking + startup mentality—able to move fast, make decisions, and iterate
Bonus Points
- Hands-on Angular or React Native experience
- Experience with AI tools, agent-based UX, or adaptive interfaces
- Strong understanding of accessibility and responsive design
- Background in SaaS, B2C productivity, or coaching-style apps
