We're launching with an iOS app and web dashboard, and need an AI Specialist to help design and implement the task engine that drives the core experience.
About the Role
We're looking for a technically minded AI specialist to help shape the logic, prompts, and flow structure that powers task decomposition and agent matching. You'll help us define how user input becomes structured tasks, how agents get activated, and how prompt pipelines are built to guide users through completion. This is a critical role focused on system design + prompt engineering, not model training.
What You'll Do
- Build workflows that translate user goals into structured benchmarks and tasks
- Design prompt chains and logic trees to power multi-step task guidance
- Develop systems for agent selection and matching, including marketplace integration
- Collaborate with the product team to make AI interactions feel natural and intuitive
- Work with APIs like OpenAI to implement real-time, adaptive prompts
- Build frameworks that allow agents to access user context from their profile vault
What We're Looking For
- Deep experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI tools like GPT-4
- Strong background in workflow architecture, logic trees, or automation design
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar frameworks
- Ability to design scalable, modular prompt systems that adapt to user feedback
- Systems-thinking mindset, with a passion for simplifying complexity
Bonus Points
- Experience with goal management, productivity tools, or coaching-style systems
- Background in building agent marketplaces, task managers, or recommendation engines
- Working knowledge of lightweight backend logic (e.g., Firebase, Node.js, Python)

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
