Responsibilities

Design AI native agent platforms that meet high performance, scalability and user experience expectations
Establish safety protocols and governance frameworks for AI agent operations
Create user interfaces that make complex AI behaviors transparent and configurable for non-technical users
Lead reporting and experimentation for continuous improvement of model parameters, agent prompting, RAG frameworks and AI workflows
Evaluate and make recommendations on strategic build vs. buy decisions for AI capabilities
Communicate and support training/adoption of product updates, features, and benefits to stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field
2 - 4 years of professional work experience successfully delivering AI products
Bias towards action with the ability to prioritize and be effective in highly ambiguous environments
Demonstrated ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
Strong data analysis and reporting skills with experience working with Tableau, Heap, SQL etc.
Comfortable creating low fidelity prototypes to validate concepts and inspire stakeholders
