Senior AI Engineer - LLMs & AI Agents
An AI startup who are using Generative AI to transform the world of personal investments and wealth management are currently looking for a Senior -level AI Engineer to join the team to build products, drive innovation and shape the AI roadmap. Specifically, the business use AI to revolutionize the way people gain real-time insights into the economy, business news, and industry developments. Their AI-powered investment agent also enables users to make data-driven decisions, manage portfolios intelligently, and answer highly specific business queries with precision and depth.
As a Senior Engineer, you will play a defining role in shaping the AI systems that power our platform. You’ll work at the cutting edge of LLMs and AI Agents, developing groundbreaking models that deliver unprecedented financial intelligence and decision-making capabilities. You will design, train, and optimize state-of-the-art LLMs and AI Agents tailored for financial insights and investment management and will bridge the gap between AI research and real-world applications, ensuring our models are production-ready and continuously improving. You will also lead the development of scalable AI infrastructure, integrating ML models into our high-performance systems, and will collaborate closely with engineers, researchers, and product teams to push the boundaries of AI-driven finance.

Experience sought;
- 4+ years in AI/ML, with experience in deploying LLMs and AI Agents at scale.
- Strong coding abilities (Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, JAX), coupled with experience in building AI pipelines and production systems.
- Ability to translate cutting-edge AI research into tangible, high-impact financial applications.
