Scrum Master with AI/ML and JIRA experience
Location: Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX - hybrid & NEED only locals to TX/FL
Onsite 3-4 days per week, Wednesday is mandatory
Required skills:
- Must be familiar with latest AI/ML/AWS
- Must be flexible, able to pivot
- Knowledge of ML ops/jargon/process
- Strong experience with JIRA
- Strong AI/ML ops experience
- Able to be flexible and coach team - instill best agile practices with the team
- 5+ years of experience
Certification: CSM
Interviews: 1-2 interviews - virtual
Working on managing the AI / ML projects all the work is just AI / ML
Looking for someone who has experience in these types of projects
AI / ML ops team
Requests / cross reference model / compare data to one source data
AI agents
Familiar with the latest AI / ML / AWS
2 sides of team one is ML and one is back end creating data pipelines / API data science
They may be managing a few boards in the future needs to be able to be flexible
ML ops and AI work understand the jargon and the way things happen
Flexible in coaching the team the team is good with Jira, user stories, needs someone to continue the best agile practices
Strong Jira is important

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
