General AI Agent Developer

Engagement Type: Contract (C2C)

Location-Redmond WA

Primary Focus:

Build autonomous decision-making logic and drive conversational AI initiatives.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly capable General AI Agent Developer to design and develop autonomous AI systems with a focus on conversational capabilities. This role emphasizes developing prompt engineering strategies (including OpenAI/GPT-4 fine-tuning), architecting multi-agent frameworks, and ensuring robust performance through continuous testing and debugging.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Design & Development:
Design and code autonomous decision logic for conversational agents.
Implement and refine prompt engineering and decision-making models (e.g., using GPT-4 and related techniques).
Monitoring & Testing:
Perform daily behavior testing, logging, and monitoring of AI agents.
Execute rigorous tests for prompt responses and decision outcomes.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align agent behavior with project goals.
Lead technical discussions and contribute to documentation and best practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Expertise in OpenAI/GPT-4 prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
Proven experience in developing and deploying chatbot and conversational AI systems.
Proficiency in using OpenAI APIs (GPT models, embeddings) and Python coding.
Familiarity with multi-agent frameworks (e.g., AutoGen) and debugging complex AI behaviors.
Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
Understanding of security practices, testing methodologies, and continuous quality improvement.

Daily Workload Distribution:

40% on agent design and coding.
30% on monitoring and optimization.
40% on behavior and integration testing. (Note: Overlaps in roles may occur due to iterative testing and continuous improvement.)
